I am a full-time wife and mom, part-time nurse and overtime Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!!

I have been scrapbooking since I was a teenager. Throughout my life, I have also been involved in almost every kind of handcraft possible...needlework and knitting, ceramics, minor dressmaking, cooking and baking, drawing and painting, gardening, etc, etc.

Then, I discovered Stampin' Up! I was in heaven!! This company offered opportunities for me to combine several crafts by way of rubber stamping. Of course, I was turned on to card-making and realized how special it was to make custom cards for every occasion for my loved ones. But I have also stamped on glass, plastic, terra cotta, fabric, chipboard...the list is endless and so are the possibilities!

Then I saw how stampers made beautiful, personal scrapbooks. Suddenly, scrapbooking took on an artistic element. I was pleased that alphabet stamps allowed me to use any ink color and never run out of the letter stickers I needed! And, more recently, our Designer Series Papers really bring style and color to my pages. These scrapbooks can be simple or elaborate.

As a wife and the mother of 2 teenage boys, in addition to my position as Director of Nursing for a private home care service agency, it is challenging to find time to play with my stamps, but it is a passion now. In August, 2003, I decided to become a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and turn my hobby into a small business. It can be as much or as little as I want it to be. It has been one of the best things I have done! It has brought me great joy and I have made some wonderful friendships with some of the greatest women I know!
